The mission of the International Chinese Doula Association is to inspire and empower postpartum care professionals through holistic education and support. We are dedicated to advancing the practice of traditional Chinese postpartum care while fostering career development for doulas. By integrating modern practices with ancient wisdom, we aim to create a community of compassionate caregivers who uplift and nurture families during the transformative postpartum period.
I am the founder of International Chinese Doula Association. I am a licensed massage therapist, doula, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant - IBCLC. I was born and raised in China, where I started practicing TCM massage at the age of 6. I learned vital women and infant care techniques from my grandmother (a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor) and my mother (an instructor at a nursing school).
I have assembled a team of holistic providers in Seattle, WA, which aid and support new parents and babies. Our team and I have served over 5,000 newborn families in Washington. Our team is recognized as Washington’s premier resource for families within the Asian community. We are dedicated to providing the best care services for our clients, which integrates diet, massage, self-care training, and planning, resulting in a successful pregnancy and postpartum experience.
